The Memphis area had three teams play in the Tennessee high school softball state tournament at the TSSAA spring championships last week. Unfortunately, none made it to state championship games. Emily Richarde capped her storied career with just under 300 strikeouts this season and the all-time leader in school history in strikeouts, helping the Tigers reach the state tournament for the first time since 2016.
