Collierville The Collierville Planning Commission endorsed a 196-unit apartment complex off of Maynard Way. The Springs at Ashby's units will be split between three buildings. (Courtesy Continental Properties) After reviewing an updated plan, the Collierville Planning Commission endorsed new townhome-style apartments for Maynard Way, near the suburb's Walmart, during a meeting Thursday, June 1.
