A 15-year-old has been charged with attempted second-degree murder after an incident involving what Memphis police described as a stolen car, a police officer firing shots and a crash.The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on Tuesday said the teen, a male who remains hospitalized, is also charged with aggravated assault against a first responder and felony evading arrest.The charges stem from a series of events that unfolded Monday in the 2500 block of Peres Avenue, at an apartment complex in North Memphis.
